Girls aged 12 years and above from the Karimojong community in Kampala receive essential basic needs, including sanitary pads and other hygiene supplies, during an outreach activity organized by Godly Hands International. The initiative aims to support adolescent girls by promoting menstrual hygiene, dignity, health, and school attendance. Community members and volunteers participated in the distribution, creating a supportive environment that encourages the well-being and empowerment of young girls.
